RESERVATION POLICIES:

You must submit a 25% deposit to reserve your space in the program. The balance for your package must be paid in Full one week prior to your arrival at the Sanctuary Retreat Center.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you decide to cancel, you will not receive a refund for you deposit but you won’t be obligated to pay for your balance. We kindly ask that you make your decision before 4 weeks prior to the program to allow us time to support someone else in their transformative journey.

CHECK-IN:

When you arrive to the island, pick up service is available to you and managed by one of the retreat organizers. You will be provided with their number and the address of where you are staying. Check-in occurs in the afternoon 1pm-4pm of the first day of your retreat program.

FACILITIES:

The facilities include a complete kitchen, mini-fridge in certain rooms. Unlimited tea and hot beverage access. Meals will sometimes be prepared by a personal chef and some cooking is allowed if necessary. You may access the pool, garden and meditation pagoda at any time during your stay. You are only require to treat the space with respect as you would your home away from home. You must be able to climb stairs to stay on this property, it is not handicap accessible.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

If you have a preexisting medical condition, please notify the organizer via email with your concerns and requirements. We aim to accommodate all those who seek to participate in our program and your safety and comfort is our highest concern.
