Our payment Policy:
We request that you make a deposit payment of 40% of your retreat package upon booking, and the balance will be due 1 month before the start date of the retreat.
Retreat Refund Policy:
Refund Policy
The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
The deposit will only be refunded if the application is not accepted to the program.
Tuition (minus the deposit) will be refunded in full 3 months ++ out from training commencement.
50% tuition (less deposit) will be refunded 6 weeks - 3 months out from the training.
No refunds will be made within 6 weeks of the training.
Refund given ONLY in the unlikely event the training is canceled by SANCTUARY RETREATS prior to the program commencement.
Note: If there are any unforeseen changes, most airlines are offering free changes to flights. We advise that you make a flexible booking. We also highly recommend travel insurance, some of which are offering cancelation reimbursement. If you find yourself unwell before the retreat, please be responsible and be mindful of the group wellbeing. Please see a doctor and if you have a contagious illness and we ask that you communicate this to us asap.
The Impossibility of Performance – Force Majeure
By paying my deposit, I agree that Laysa Living LLC and its agents, will not be liable in the event of Acts of God; such as, but not limited to: fires; volcanoes; adverse weather conditions such as earthquakes, tidal waves, and floods; strikes or blockades; government orders; global pandemics; airport closures; flight cancelations; or other circumstances beyond our control.
Right to refuse service:
We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave who is not respecting others or is compromising the experience for the group. We are happy to hold space for you to navigate your own journey, but we are not licensed therapists and do not claim to offer any guarantees. This is an explorative container for us to share, nurture, and provide wonderful techniques which we hope will create lasting positive change in your life.
